Refund policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any item as long as it’s returned to us within 14 days of receipt.  

Items must be sealed, unopened and in re-saleable condition.   Any liquid products/creams/balms from our toxic free ranges can only be returned if the tamperproof seal is intact for hygiene reasons.

Please ensure proof of postage is kept as we cannot be liable to items lost in the post.

Postage will not be refunded unless we have made an error or the item is faulty. In this instance return postage will also be credited to customer.
