Guided Clay Hand-Building Session

Up to 2 hours | From £20.00 per person

Join us in the studio for a relaxed, guided clay hand-building session.
You’ll have 1 hour 45 minutes to create your piece, followed by 15 minutes to tidy up and clean your workspace.

Our friendly instructor will guide you through the basics of successful clay building, helping you shape, join, and smooth your creation. No experience needed — just bring your imagination!

Who it’s for

• Suitable for all ages.

• Children under 8 must have an adult (8+ years) seated with them for supervision.
  

• Non-participating adults are welcome in the studio — please book a £5.00 studio fee, which includes a complimentary drink from our coffee shop.

Included in your session

• Up to 1kg of clay per person

• Use of studio clay tools and equipment

• Optional bisque firing of finished items (£5 per kilogram, weighed once dry)

Please note: For safety and consistency, only Maisie Gray studio clay may be used and fired in our kiln. Outside clay is not permitted.

Optional Extras

• Additional studio time (subject to availability): £5.00 per hour per person

• Extra clay: £5.00 per 500g

• To decorate your fired pieces, simply book a Pottery Painting Session once they’re ready for collection.
